Terms and Conditions for Rental Outfits at Spectrum
 
1. Documentation Requirement: Customers are required to provide a clear copy of their CNIC/Passport (front and back photo) for booking purposes.
 
2. Location Details: Specify the exact location where you wish to receive the rented attire.
 
3. Payment Terms:
   – If the reservation is made 2-3 months in advance, 50% of the total rent is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance, along with security and delivery charges, is to be paid upon dress collection.
   – For reservations made 1 month in advance, the full rental amount is due at the time of booking.
 
4. Security Deposit: The security deposit ranges from PKR 15,000 to PKR 30,000, depending on the value of the dress.
 
5. Refundable Security Deposit: The security deposit is refundable, but deductions may occur in case of any issues with the dress, with the amount varying according to the nature of the problem.
 
6. Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are not included in the rent. Clients are responsible for these charges, set at PKR 2000 for one dress, with variations based on weight and location. Dresses won’t be dispatched until all dues are cleared.
 
7. Non-Refundable Reservation Cost: The reservation cost is non-refundable.
 
8. Dress Swapping Policy: Clients are allowed to swap dresses, provided they inform us one month in advance. Late requests for swaps cannot be accommodated.
 
9. Physical Visits: Customers visiting us physically must pay the reservation fees before being allowed to try on outfits.
 
 
Terms and Conditions for One-Time Purchases at Spectrum
 
1. Order Placement: By placing an order with Spectrum for our one-time selling dresses and products, customers agree to the following terms and conditions.
 
2. Product Descriptions: While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions, Spectrum reserves the right to make adjustments to product details without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review product specifications before making a purchase.
 
3. Pricing: All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or United States Dollar (USD). Spectrum reserves the right to adjust prices as needed. Additional shipping charges may apply based on customer geolocation, both within Pakistan and globally.
 
4. Shipping: Spectrum offers shipping services both nationally and internationally. Additional shipping charges may be applicable depending on the customer’s location. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, and any additional customs or import duties imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
 
5. Payments: Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Spectrum accepts various payment methods for customer convenience.
 
6. Return and Refund Policy: Returns and refunds are applicable within 48 hours of receiving the product, but only in the case of product defects or mistakes. Change of mind is not applicable for one-time purchases.
 
7. Product Inspection: Customers are encouraged to inspect the received products thoroughly upon delivery. Any concerns regarding product quality or discrepancies must be reported to Spectrum within 48 hours of receiving the order.
 
8. Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, including a valid shipping address. Spectrum is not liable for any delays or issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the customer.
 
9. Communication: Spectrum may use the contact information provided by the customer for order updates, promotions, and other relevant communications. Customers can opt-out of promotional communications at any time.
 
10. Intellectual Property: All content on the Spectrum website, including images and text, is the intellectual property of Spectrum and may not be used without prior written consent.
 
By making a purchase on the Spectrum website, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
